Property was filthy, duct tape on door, furniture dirty, heating unit was dirty, tub was busted and patched with flex seal. I have pictures if you really care. I was in room 309.

One set of towels r left in the bathroom dirty. Few bugs, flying n crawling around the room. Trash in the bathroom is not clean(did not put it away). Tub not clean.

The property could use lots of repairs & remodeling. But the price is very cheap compared to others in the area. This is good for single men without fancy wives. Lol

While the photo of the check in area is true as advertised the rooms are NOT even close. Our room was dirty and musty and no where near what the picture showed. The area around the hotel is not kept up. There were people circling the parking lot on bikes and it appears they also serve as long term housing. The staff was not polite and complained that there were a lot of people to serve. The manager, Ms. Dolly, was rude at best. She would barely engage. It is worth spending a little more on a hotel that is as advertised.

Once we got there I asked if the pool was open (they said yes so I completed check in.) Once completed, went to room to change, went to pool and was told "oops sorry, it's closed for maintence.. and we can't refund because you already checked in" go back to hotel to shower and there was mold ALLLL over the box spring and a used bandaid near the microwave. Filth everywhere. Outside was so loud, people blaring music and being loud and obnoxious. I could hear the TV's in the seperate rooms through the paper thin walls. People right outside on the balcony being loud and obnoxious. Don't stay here if you want some actual sleep.

The room, staff and location were all fine; my big complaint comes from maintenance operations that woke me up at 8am with extremely loud leaf-blowers around my door and the entire area. They even worked on a rainy day! And their blowers routinely blew the "do not disturb" sign off my door, leading to housekeeping to pound on the door and yelling to announce their arrival around 8:30. Travelers and vacationers may like to sleep beyond 8am.
