Let me just say that this might be the best hotel I have ever stayed at and would love to come back! I stayed in the two big rooms! The ******* castle is the coolest hotel room in the whole world! Every moment leaves you scared and if you like scary, this is the place for you! The other room was Sky Caption! The room is so clean and nice and such a good room for the family. We stayed there with my family during Christmas and it was so fun! Both of those rooms have a wonderful hot tub that is so peaceful. Both rooms also have a full kitchen! The workers were so pleasant to talk to. The bartender Keith made the stay so much better and I always recommended this to my friends! The rooms were very clean and we got a tour of some other rooms and I am planning another trip back! The food may be a tight selection but it was all delicious! The overall trip was so fun and it is worth the money!!

Amazing! Staff were very knowledgeable and loved to chitchat! Very fun environment, well organized and cute gift “vault”. Fun selection of DVDs for free to watch! Very clean, private-feeling suites, comfortable beds and nice clean jetted tubs. Great vibes.

This is from 2018 but I remember it like yesterday. We have only been here once unfortunately but it's on our bucket list still because this place is fantastic. It's a themed hotel with each room a different theme. Each room has a hot tub, we got the log cabin room but there's several to pick from. They take a lot of time perfecting the rooms to the theme, prices vary on the rooms. You can even write your names on rocks in the rooms, at least you could in the log cabin. Prices are expensive but it's a fun time. Parking was decent. Plenty of parking. They have no pool unfortunately but you have hot tubs in the rooms and they now have a hot tub outside the building. When we went Jan was the receptionist and she was awesome, very knowledgeable. Not sure if she still works there. They offer free cookies at night in the lobby. The cookies were yummy, a nice gesture. They didn't have a restaurant when we went but they do now, it's on site so not far. You are in the middle of North Conway so plenty to do and see for entertainment. Adventure Suites is a must see, even if a little expensive but it's worth the trip. Kids will love it, as will the adults. Overall, 4 stars! ＜3

The staff was super friendly and so helpful. Absolutely loved the motorcycle madness room and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Excellent staff. They have free DVDs but we needed help to figure out the video player. They had someone who knew it all. Very clean space and wonderful jacuzzi for 2 in the bedroom.
