The hotel is right in the center of the city. It has picturesque views. The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to all local attractions. For example, it’s just about 8 mins to Cranmore Mountain Resort.

It was very loud. Somebody had been moving something up above us and it continued all night till morning and it woke us again. I complained about it. They moved us and it was still loud.

Once again, the Residence Inn in North Conway was a fabulous experience. We saw some of the same friendly faces (Lauren W and Laura were as friendly as ever). Although the entire staff deserves a shout-out, we particularly love the housekeeping staff. They make a point of being friendly, taking a moment out their schedule to give a hello or talk for a minute, if you have the time, but always with a smile and desire to make sure you are enjoying your stay and determined to get you whatever you might need. Others that we interacted with were Patty, Fayon (great job on keeping our room clean!), Cammie, Kristen, and Michelle. This is definitely our "go-to" place when we head to North Conway. Thank you, staff at Residence Inn!!

The hotel was super clean. The staff was so nice. There were so many runners for the Marathon, but they had enough to go bags at 3am. And food on the return. Kristen made our first visit to NH enjoyable. She made sure we had clean towels, made fresh coffee, and gave us great ideas on where to eat. Just a great help. I will visit again

Best hotel experience in a very long time and we travel a lot! Staff were outstanding from check-in to check-out. Made us feel extremely welcomed and helped with our every need. Supervisor Kristen went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. She even gifted our six month old a little stuffed moose and it was just the sweetest gesture. Can’t wait to get back to North Conway, won’t even consider staying in a different hotel again!

Caring staff went above and beyond to help me. While shopping after checking out of my room, I noticed a stone missing from my ring. After retracing my steps in the stores, I called the hotel with little hope the gemstone would be found. To my amazement they had found it. Even before this situation I was impressed with the kindness the staff had shown.

We had a great time. The staff was amazing especially Kristen, the common space was emasculate, the food was delicious and our room was spacious. Kristen went above her duties in making our stay enjoyable, can’t wait to go back.
