The hotel is right in the center of the city. It has picturesque views. The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to all local attractions. For example, it’s just about 8 mins to Cranmore Mountain Resort.

Best hotel experience in a very long time and we travel a lot! Staff were outstanding from check-in to check-out. Made us feel extremely welcomed and helped with our every need. Supervisor Kristen went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. She even gifted our six month old a little stuffed moose and it was just the sweetest gesture. Can’t wait to get back to North Conway, won’t even consider staying in a different hotel again!

Caring staff went above and beyond to help me. While shopping after checking out of my room, I noticed a stone missing from my ring. After retracing my steps in the stores, I called the hotel with little hope the gemstone would be found. To my amazement they had found it. Even before this situation I was impressed with the kindness the staff had shown.

We had a great time. The staff was amazing especially Kristen, the common space was emasculate, the food was delicious and our room was spacious. Kristen went above her duties in making our stay enjoyable, can’t wait to go back.

We requested a handicapped accessible unit. The bathroom was acceptable with multiple bars around the toilet & shower. However for a person with mobility issues, paraplegia, a 3 foot tall bed, might as well be a mountain
to climb! My husband was left with sleeping on the pull out sofa. This was very uncomfortable due to his multiple medical issues.
