North Conway Grand Hotel

Wonderful hotel with resort type feel! The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. The overall hotel was very clean and welcoming! With a huge animal themed lobby, they offered cookies and a refreshing drink in the afternoons.

Great stay

Been coming here for a couple decades now and enjoy it every time. Rooms have always been clean and never had a complaint. Staff is always great and always seem to help in best way whenever I have witnessed them interacting with polite guests. Amenities are always well maintained as well. Although if I did have something to critique it would be the aging outside pool area. Patio stones are well beyond their life expectancy mostly due to the harsh winters with ice melt and such so it is understandable. The fireplace being broken or not operating right for years is kinda disappointing but appears to be being addressed this time around. But over all I do recommend this resort to many but just do let them know it’s not brand new.

Great location, within walking distance to outlets. Check in was fast and easy. Restaurant was very good both for dinner and breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Cookies and lemonade were available in the lobby for guests.

Great location and large pool but hotel needs lots of updates. There was no disclosure that they’d be doing a large roof renovation during our stay or that all of the fire pits were closed. The pool was filthy and could use deep cleaning and some periodic cleaning throughout the day. The ice cream sundaes and movies were great. The beds were comfortable. Our shower made a very loud noise so we made sure not to shower too late at night or too early in the morning. This was our third stay but unfortunately will be looking elsewhere for better value.

The pool area could use a lot of cleaning as the outside pool was dirty with bugs and sand. Needed towels for pool area as they were always out. The arcade games were a very expensive and ate a number of our quarters. However, I did leave an item behind which housekeeping did have and a family member was able to pick it up for me.

This is our go to place to stay in North Conway, very clean and the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are open year-round! See you soon. Thank You, Leo, and Cheryl

Location is great. But the hotel is filthy. The rooms are dirty. There was trash in the closets, gue on the walls. Blocked sink and overall disgusting. The halls are dirty. The carpets were never vacuumed. The lobby was dirty all the time and the pool water were white and murky. Is was truly disturbing and disgusting. The staff was not helpful and although I complained nothing was done.
