Rooms were super clean, people were super nice, we had a very nice breakfast down in the restaurant they provided delicious cookies in the afternoon all in all, they seem to do a very good job, also, the location is perfect for anything to do with the white mountains in North Conway. It gets you far enough way to have peace and quiet, but easy access within minutes

I would highly recommend Merrill Farm to other travelers. Friendly and efficient check in. They had solar eclipse glasses for guests which was a nice touch. Clean, updated room. Very comfortable beds. Made to order breakfast iwas included with a wide variety of options. Nice dining room with a fire on a chilly morning. Nice property in a convenient location.

The staff was welcoming at the desk and at breakfast. Room was clean, but cramped with more seating and hassocks than needed. View out the back to river and mountains is very special. Didn't take advantage of recreation room, exercise or sauna.

This resort is really quaint and has a lot to offer. The only real negative issues was the rooms were a little small and some of the amenities were a little outdated however the overall ambience of the resort is outstanding. It is not the type of place you plan to stay in the room. They have an excellent family game room and restaurant along with many areas where people can sit to congregate and have fellowship. Looking forward to trying this place in the summertime with direct access to the Saco River.

The staff at Merrill Farm Inn were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was definitely a bonus! It is in the Barn restaurant and with wait service. We stayed in one of the cabins which was private and cozy. The room was a bit cold even though the stove was on. The only bummer was that the hot tub didn't quite reach a hot tub temperature - it was a lukewarm 93 degrees and it wouldn't get any hotter even though we put the temp at the 104 max. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and I would stay again - but I'd specifically check on the hot tub temperature!

Always a great stay. I love the river view cottages. Very cozy and comfortable. Check in is a breeze and staff is there for you if you need them. I have stayed here a few times already and plan on coming back when I can. Perfect location as well. Close enough to everything but far enough away for it not to bother you

The B&B is historic and has cute decor -- antiques in every nook and cranny of the common areas. The room was very comfortable. My son really enjoyed "cookie time," the "family room" and the private hot tub. Management is awesome. There was a miscommunication with our room and so they upgraded us for free. The restaurant management is very nice and helpful (we needed our breakfast To Go within 10 minutes and they did it!) Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were accomodated. Thanks for a great stay.
