The owner was friendly and helpful with recommendations.
Thus motel is bare bones. Needs to be remodeled & updated. Tiny tiny bathroom. Had to practically bend whole body tj use the sink. We didn’t even use the smallest shower ever except maybe one in a motorhome.
I read the reviews and had hoped for the very high price I definitely DID NOT get what I paid for.

Price was right. View was beautiful! Could definitely use updating but clean and staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

Room #8 suited my needs adequately. The TV needed to be activated by a staff member. There was no hot water for a shower.

The support staff (Royce and Luce) here at the Inn are very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean and in good shape. All in all a good value and a very positive experience.

Worst towels of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I understand the concept of mom and pop, but there seemed to be no pride in making this a pleasant experience. Very mediocre. Liked location but there was some road noise. Disappointing at best.

we were in a little house apart from the motel which is in general cute but it was very cold during the night and the stand heating could not make it . Internet was kind of non existant.

When we checked in at the School House Inn, the attendant told us to go to our assigned room and she would bring the key and check the room. After about 10 minutes, I went to find her and she said that we needed to go to the attendant at the North Conway Mountain Inn (owned by the same people). The attendant there was very friendly and very helpful. The ratings here are for that inn, not the School House Inn.
