This is a very nice hotel that is extremely clean and a very nice staff with an excellent breakfast. The shower was also incredible. There were a few things that made it less than perfect so we could not give it 5 stars. We could not turn out the light in the bathroom. We just ended up closing the bathroom door at night. We asked for two extra pillows and were told they would be sent up but never were. The lock did not work in the men's public restroom near the pool. The most disappointing part was that we think the pool was supposed to be heated and it was ice cold. We planned on spending a lot of time in it and could not use it at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was new, upgraded and beautiful. The staff was so nice. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Breakfast was also great. We liked this hotel so much we’re recommending it for our wedding party.

Our mattress protectors on both Queen Mattresses had urine and blood stains on them. Even after they replaced them reluctantly, were told that the stains are there because they couldn't get them out and confirmed that they were blood and urine.
