The only Room services and meals offered were noodles or rice, hardly the quality suggested by the hotel website. As there was no way to open the window the room stayed humid with water covering the windows every morning soaking the floor. Amit, the valet/security guy was fantastic and was the only staff member who made us feel welcome.

We were at sarovar portico for couple of nights. We were at a family function so mostly it was night stay. It was comfortable.

Hi, room is spacious but not ckened switch boards etc. Travel desk is not there and food is costlier n bathing water is too hard.

Location is good. Front desk is aggressive. Property is well maintained. If the cons are neglected overall a comfortable stay.

When we arrived at the hotel, they made us wait in lobby. Then we went to room and saw that the pillow covers were dirty and bedsheets were torn so we left for some work told the housekeeping to make the room again. When we returned there was empty shower gel and shampoo bottles kept and after 30 minutes of asking them to bring toiletries, they only brought dental kits. And then the electricity of our room went off. The staff started shouting at us. Refusing to call the ***ager. And we booked premium room still they gave us small room. Never ever stay in this hotel. Worst service and staff.

The rooms were not clean & even after few requests still no response. The morning breakfast service was bad. Most of the dishes wer eempty & nobody refilled it when even during ealy morning breakfast timings. Wo't recommend it
