Pretty generic cheap hotel
Good choice if you are not fussed about the services and want a cheap option
The hotel is in dilapidated condition
The room and the beds are very big. The bathroom is generic
The carpets are not really clean and have weird smell which we become used to after some time.

Had to pay £20 security fee was told refundable on departure then told repayment into bank account then told if its not reurned in the next day or two, call back

Lovely hotel. on arrival we were greeted with free afternoon cream tea and a hot drink. The rooms are super spacious and very clean. we cannot fault the food choices, we had three course every evening and a full cooked buffet style breakfast. The staff are exceptional catering to special requirements, they are really friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble. we are definately coming again. Highly recommend.

I’m not usually to one to be fussy however I had 2 room booked here and quite frankly the overall cleanliness of the room was appalling. I found cobwebs in my room there were stains on my bedding and the cold tap on the shower wouldn’t work I was unable to take a shower as the hot tap was scoldingly hot, nether could I sleep with stains in my bedding’s. I will never stay at this hotel again.
