Called before booking and inquired whether they still had the shuttle service to the airport and was told yes. Was not told it was 20 per passenger or if you were leaving your vehicle at the hotel it was 65. It was free a year and a half ago. Won't go back

Leaking shower fixtures, stains on the bedding, some kind of unidentified splatter on the cushion above the broken air conditioner.

While the shuttle and parking to Pittsburgh Airport was convenient, the standard of cleanliness was not worth the savings. I turned down the bed to find short black hairs and stains on the sheets. I requested clean sheets at front desk. I was given one flat sheet. I wrapped myself like a burrito and dealt. The bathroom also had human debris and had not been adequately cleaned.

The only thing I was unhappy with was that when I stayed there in Oct the shuttle was $5 a person and this time they charged me $10. That's quite excessive, I think. Next time I'll opt for more room and a free shuttle.
