We stayed there 42 nights and tried to stay for a third and they Said we are on the no Said we are on the kno rent list which is An impossibility. we were extremely confused and f****** frustrated as to how this could happen because it's an impossibility altogether. Couldn't ever have f****** happened on top of that? I said Merry Christmas to the b**** and she said. **** younder her breath as I was walking out of the door. If I could give this. Hotel a lower score I would as far as service.

Hotel very out dated. Room was in need of repairs, toilet barley flushed after several attempts. Room had a bad odor. Fire alarm went off in entire area for several minutes. Would not revisit this hotel.

My recent stay at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Sacramento North was profoundly disappointing. The service was subpar from the moment I checked in. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, rendering the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged. The condition of the room was abysmal. It was dirty, with visible dust and grime on surfaces, and stains on the bedspread. The floorboards were filthy, and the bathroom emitted a foul odor. The exhaust fan was non-functional, exacerbating the unpleasant smell. Moreover, there were no basic amenities such as hand soap, shampoo, or other essential toiletries provided. The overall quality of the room was exceedingly low, far below any reasonable expectation for the price. The construction of the hotel appeared haphazard and cost-cutting was evident at every turn. While I understand that this is a budget-friendly option, I have stayed at other La Quinta Inns at comparable prices and experienced significantly better service and quality. This leads me to believe that the fundamental issue here lies with the ownership and management of this particular location. Compounding the negative experience, I witnessed a disturbing interaction at the front desk. A customer was informed that they would need to wait an additional 30 minutes for their room to be ready. When the customer expressed their frustration, the receptionist bluntly stated that if they had any complaints, the manager would not assist them but would rather have them removed from the premises, stating, "We have a lot of reservations, so it doesn’t matter." Additionally, I was double-charged for the same room. Despite contacting the staff and being assured that they would process my refund and send a confirmation email, I never received any such communication. Fortunately, I have initiated a fraud dispute with my bank, Goldman Sachs, to resolve this issue. In summary, I would strongly advise against staying at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Sacramento North. The substandard service, poor room conditions, and unprofessional management make it a regrettable choice. Save your money and seek accommodation elsewhere for a more pleasant and hygienic experience.

The holet overall was ok. The bed was the worst. Bed frame was mad of metal and evertime you moved it was like an alarm going off waking up my kids
