Room and other areas were spotless, breakfast abundant, varied and delicious. Staff were friendly and available.

Not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. Walls are paper thin. Voices in the hallway during the night were easily overheard. The room hadn't been properly cleaned. The desk was sticky. The drains in the tub and sink were slow. The room was 61 degrees when we walked in. Generally, disappointed. The only constant was the Holiday Inn breakfast, which was typical and fine. However, not many places to sit and eat. No pool. This hotel might have been okay for a person traveling for business, but i wouldn't recommend it for a family with kids.

We stayed two nights, Dec 24 and Dec 25 while visiting family in the area. We were advised up front only skeletal housekeeping staff available on Christmas Day , but it was fine. Breakfast was ready and that was very helpful for us…

Within only a few hours of being here, ants invaded our festivities. They came from every crevice on the desk and are under the TV. They ruined our pizzas, cookies, and dips. We brought this to the attendant at 12:30am and she was very kind and placed a request for refund for us but said we needed to talk to management in the morning. Although she did offer to move us, we declined since we had wrapped Christmas presents in the room and moving at 1am was not in our plans. We talked with hotel staff at 9:30am and the man was very rude. He said “so what do you want me to do about it?” We asked for some partial refund considering the ants ruined all of our food we were still working on. He said he couldn’t do that and we needed to work it out with *******. He never apologized or showed any kind of compassion. We were in the hotel from 6pm 12/22 and had pizza delivered after 7pm. By midnight ants were everywhere. That should NEVER happen.

Right off of the turnpike, which is convenient, but there's not a whole lot around the area.
The hotel was clean and mostly well maintained.
The breakfast buffet was stellar and the staff was great.
I guess my only complaint would be the fitness room. The stationary bike was broken, which made equipment limited. The TVs had been removed from the wall. There was no sanitary wipes to clean the equipment with.
Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.
