We checked in around 9:00 PM, and the hotel staff doesn't allow late check-out. We were pleased with the staff's offer to upgrade us to a deluxe smoking room, but we declined. The next morning, we went to the swimming pool and enjoyed the facility, but we had to bring a towel from our room to the pool, as the staff had advised us the night before. After using it, we could request a new one from room service. By the way, there's a sliding door from the room to the sink, and be sure to lock it from inside the bathroom before getting in the shower.

Being charged extra money to cover about a 1 inch size blood stain on sheets . By all means , charge to cover whatever extra strong detergent required to clean the sheets . But 188,000 rupiah . That would buy bottles of the detergent. So basically , overcharging !! Last time I will stay there
