The hotel is located in the north of Jakarta. It was a quick trip from the airport. The laundry service worked very well. A little expensive, but very clean. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and extensive. A mix of Western and Indonesian. Depending on who was at the reception desk, the service was friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel was very crowded, and the staff were not always super friendly, especially the ladies. Unfortunately, the toilet in my room was broken. So I had to move on the second night. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of feces. When I went to the reception desk at 10 p.m., I had to wait forever because the receptionist was busy with other guests. Only when the manager arrived was I able to change rooms and get an upgrade. Thank you very much for that. You can use the Novotel pool. However, your room cards won't work there. You'll need to ask a staff member for assistance. Move something around

Good for short stays. About 30 minutes by taxi to the exhibition hall. Simple breakfast and decent service.
