A bit disappointing hotel, only three stars in China, except for the good location, no traffic jam, it is not convenient to go out, it is almost difficult to go out after 11pm and there is no shop, which is understandable.
But the hotel facilities are too simple, this time my friend asked me to stay here, according to my wish to stay in Sheraton, and I barely stayed for two nights. To give a simple example, I have a single room but only one set of toiletries and even towels. Of course, I know that the hotel will provide them if I call, and I only need one set, but it would be a waste to put two sets, and there is no drink to buy in the evening. Considering customers is not the purpose of this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, connecting to the mall is so ideal for shopping, eating and meeting friends.
It is also quite close to airport as well, and called for massage it can done in your own room! Overall, it was wonderful experience. I will come back and book the same hotel again!

Location is ok, but far from central Jakarta. All in all a good business hotel will return to stay definitely due to value and price!

The hotel's location was excellent, being only 15 mins from the airport which was incredibly helpful in avoiding jams. It is also located next to a mall and has easy access to food, drinks and cinema. Cleanliness was great although the shower could use a thorough scrub due to mould. Service was great as well and I had a very smooth check-in/check-out process. Most staff are fluent in English. Haven't used the pool or any of the facilities but it looked nice.
