The hotel is not too far from the airport, and it is very close to a shopping mall where plenty of restaurants are available.

The room has a certain smell like old hotel weird kinda smell and the bedsheet also curtains are dirty , requested to change into another room but the smell is still the same. So does the bedsheets, the towels are not clean or washed properly. Place is 30 min from CGK airport. When asking for new towel, it took them a good 30 min for it to reach in the room.

Very big space room. Request queen size bed but giving me twin sharing without inform. But the room still okay. But TV cannot function.

It's a shame when a great location, like being in the same building as the Emporium Pluit Mall, is overshadowed by poor service and maintenance.
Here's a breakdown of the serious problems you encountered:
• Breakfast Quality and Variety: A very bad breakfast with no variety and a missing egg station is certainly a letdown, especially when starting the day.
• Room Cleanliness and Maintenance: The fact that the room was very dirty and had water leaking when raining points to serious issues with housekeeping and building maintenance.
• Room Change Requests: Having to request three room changes due to problems is unacceptable and must have been incredibly inconvenient and stressful.

This hotel is conveniently located inside a mall, which makes shopping and dining very easy. The rooms are clean and offer a magnificent view of Jakarta. Truly a highlight of our stay.
One thing to note is that the bathroom floor can be slippery. My senior-age parents also mentioned this, so do be careful when using it. The breakfast was decent with all the basic options you would expect. We appreciated the staff’s kindness in allowing us a late checkout until 1 pm as we needed time to pray before our flight. This thoughtful gesture made our stay more comfortable and stress-free.
