Room was spacious.. but stained on sofa... location is convinient but traffic jammed due to construction.. Multimedia unit can't even call anywhere..

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall, a nice place to stay and good value for money.

The room is im terrible condition with stained towels and bedsheets and dirty toilet and bedroom floor. Called the front desk using their Google call system but nobody ever picked up the calls. Have to go down to the front desk physically before anything is being done. Will not recommend this hotel.
