Extremely satisfied with my stay at Hotel Aston. The place is beautiful, luxurious, and definitely lives up to its 4-star rating. The service is excellent, and there's a comfortable swimming pool. Booked two rooms for me and my kids. We got the old block and the rooms were visibly older. Aircon was fighting to survive. But overall everything worked. If you just need a hotel that is functional and works, look no further. The service staff are polite and helpful, and the location is walking distance to Grand Heaven which is why I chose Aston.
The best part of the stay is the breakfast. Spread was above average.

From April 27th to 28th, our four-person business delegation stayed at the Aston Pluit Hotel in Jakarta, and overall, our experience was very satisfactory. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to the seaside, and just a 30-minute drive from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, making transportation a breeze. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, featuring numerous Chinese and Indonesian restaurants nearby. First day, when I entered the hotel; I got 3 cockroaches in my bathroom. Then I asked for another room. I got another room, the smell was a little off; and when I saw the bathroom, there’s a poo in the seat of the closet. I am too tired to bring my luggage back downstairs and ask for another room substitution. So i dont even bother using the water closet. Then; comes the next day; after i got to the 1st building (the building beside the reception’s building) 21st floor; my card wont work; i cannot open the door. I then went back down to the receptionist to get my card working so i can open the door. And this happens for 3 days of my stay here, I need to go down to reset the card everytime I got back to the hotel which is tiring. When I want to shower, I realized that there is no towel as well; the room service took away the old towel and didn’t replace with the new towel. Everything here is just outrageous. Its not worth every buck.

The service is good . However, the cleanliness will need to be improved. The same stains have been there, although I asked for room service. The toilet has steps, which may not be convenient for elderly.

was a bit worried about the past reviews since it will be our first family stay as a whole (three rooms in total), however this is beyond our expectation. The room was comfy despite at first we had to argue with the receptionist due to available room was city-view,our booked room was supposed to be sea-view. We then managed to get sea-view one. We were given a free welcome drink and snacks ( the kids loved this!), the pool is decent but good and breakfast was excellent with so many options! Defo will be back
