What is the function of apartment reception if dropped off items cannot be kept there?? I had to download an app called pop box or something just to take my package, very inconvenient. The contact person I was in touch with during my stay was also very uninformative about this issue.

The hotel apartment is conveniently located at the PIK area. Food and shopping are within 15 mins walking distance. Has a beautiful view looking out the bay. Will stay again next time
