Poor hygiene, mainly because the toilet is not clean!

After I checked in, I went to my room the TV remote was missing, the tub was dirty, there was dirty women's underwear left out, someone's dunking donuts cup was left under the bed. There were no towels, the bed was sloppy made, trash in the hall way. Overall just a terrible experience. I will not be back to that hotel.

I arrived and they told me that there was a $200 hold. That is not something I anticipated and seemed a bit steep for this low-rent place but whatever, I just needed a room and a shower for the night. I checked out and they assured me the hold would come off. Instead, I was charged. I called to complain and they said 3-5 business days for a “refund”. I told them that’s not how this is supposed to work. The manager said it’s my bank’s fault. I assured him that it was his.
