the hotel is very big
Mainly holiday-themed
Hotel facilities are not new
Big parking lot
But there is no buffet for breakfast
Only one small shop with very little choice
sandwiches, bread
About 15 knives from the Memorial Hall
Stayed for two nights and informed that no one cleaned during the period
By the way, there are many branches of a famous BBQ Jack steak, but the taste is not suitable for Chinese people
That barbecue meat melts in your mouth

I haven't stayed at a hotel like this ever before. My experience here has been nothing but phenomenal. Huge deep tub to relax after a long day, clean and maintained hallways, huge comfortable bed, extra soft fluffy pillows. The staff are some the best people to check you in. Positive attitude, professional conversations you name it. I will most definitely be staying here again. My #1 choice of hotels in Kansas City Missouri.

Had horrible water pressure night before check out no shower water. Also no shower water in am had to take bath and that’s not my favorite in a hotel. Fix water pressure and updated rooms would be really nice then.

Our room had debris on the floor so they gave us a $50 voucher for a restaurant which we did not use so we lost it. Needs updates for sure and no breakfast available..
