this might be an ******* thing, but I didn't realize I had to check in before 5. I felt bad about keeping the desk clerk waiting for us, and needing to call us en route to ascertain time of arrival. The room was quite comfortable.

We loved it ! Except we had to pay for 2 rooms because my friend Paila thought she cancelled the room she booked but she booked 2 and only cancelled one with *******. They would not refund her anything .
The room was clean and nicely furnished . Nice bathroom, plenty of towels and hot water .
We loved Jiggers restaurant , right next door . Felt safe and cozy there .
We went into Wickford for the evening , which is always delightful . We will be back !

It said the check-in was 3-6, that seems to end a little early. Check-in was easy and the lady was very nice! The price is pretty reasonable for the area! My room was clean and nice. There were a few issues that I did NOT remember to report. All were in the bathroom. The TP holder was loose. The lights would flicker briefly, probably when a larger motor like a fan would start. The issue that bothers me the most is that the shower faucet was odd to use and the only way to keep the water from being too hot was to use a significantly lower flow! If they are reading this it was room # 17. Sorry I didn't report earlier! I got the vibe that if I had said something they would have fixed it or moved me! Nice place! I will definitely consider again if I get back to the area!!!

So disappointed. Pictures online were quite misleading. Our room had a king bed, 2 nightstands, but only one lamp. Found that the outlet on that side of the bed didn't work, which made our night difficult because of medical equipment. Floor lamp also did not work. Ceiling lights were inadequate. Soap bars were barely more than a sliver. Shower floor was not in good repair. Bedspred was itchy - we had to remove it and use the extra blanket that was provided. Floors were dirty and in need of being vacuumed. Screens were ripped and window tracks were very dirty so we could not leave windows open.
