Very clean and well kept hotel. The staff was super helpful & pleasant. The breakfast had a big variety of options. Better breakfast than most other hotels with so many options.

Heater wasnt working
Had to.switch to.a lesser room without any compensation. Argued to no satisfaction.

My room was clean and comfortable, breakfast options were good. Overall its clean facility. I want to point that i requested a late check out and staff was so accommodating and patient and try their best to serve you the best. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming in little rock.

The remodel of the lobby and guest rooms is fabulous! Fresh and clean colors, very welcoming. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. This place is my go to spot in NLR. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the indoor heated pool, but it was so clean and inviting, I sure will next time!
