I was sold on being able to see the river front but instead I looked out my window and send the top of the building and all the a/c units

Had a convention at the hotel. Hotel check in was slow. Always a line Charge for early check in which makes everyone trying to check in at 3 pm. Should have someone to help customers who have checked in online

We loved our stay here and will definitely return! Rooms were clean, loved that they had laminate flooring instead of carpet! Staff was excellent! Very convenient to our concert at Simmons Bank Arena.

Great hotel. If you have an event at the Simmons arena this place is great. East 2 block walk. Hotel is nice beds comfortable.

One of the very best hotels for a convention! Our group of Elks enjoyed all the facilities and appreciated all the staff! They are always helpful and cheerful and make sure everything is set up to enable our group to have a great convention. Brunch for ladies and formal banquet for the entire group were very good, with excellent service---efficient and cheerful. Rooms were nice and the included breakfast buffet is always outstanding! The complimentary shuttle is also greatly appreciated. Overall, I, as a convention attendee, can't say enough nice things about this hotel! The management can be proud of their team.
