This is the best place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly and apar**ents are clean. Perfect for any type of visit to Melbourne. Close to the Royal Childrens hospital, zoo, markets and tram stops. We have already stayed here 3 times and will definitely be back.

It was quite and clean. But using Credit card as a means of identification I don't think is healthy for me. I wasn't comfortable despite reassurance.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our car there so we didn't have to pay for parking at the hospital after we checked out. Beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. Suited us for a short stay to be near the RCH for our sons procedure.

good location but expensive considering misleading photos, , but when i advised reception of problems , they asked me to try and fix , they did nothing to help me , it was my problem .
