We stayed at the Swiss Belhotel in Manado a few years ago and it was so good we decided to stay there again in May / June 2023. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are very clean and there’s a nice pool area which is usually very quiet. The breakfast has a good choice and the room service is really good. The thing that makes it special here are the staff they are really attentive and happy to help. We needed to renew our Visas at Immigration and it’s not the easiest process but the reception manager Yonathan and Marvin drove us to the office and literally did everything for us from providing the sponsorship letter and downloading the forms and help us complete the process. Can’t thank Swiss Belhotel in Manado enough for a lovely stay and for all your help your staff are amazing. Thank you Fiona & Darren

Located in the heart of Manado City, there are many restaurants around the hotel and a comfortable atmosphere.

Everything is good, the breakfast is very yummy, the bed is so comfort, the toilet and the bathroom like in heaven, everything is very good for me, the employe is kind and nice. And dont forget before you check in please prepare money Rp.50.000 for deposite.

The Aryaduta Manado hotel, once a beacon of hospitality, seems to have dimmed over the years. The potential of this establishment is undeniable, but it's evident that its best days are in the rearview mirror. A noticeable lack of meticulous care on the premises is a disappointment. The grounds aren't kept with the pristine attention one might expect from a hotel of its reputation. A major letdown is the swimming pool. The water, instead of being crystal clear, is murky, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. This aspect certainly detracts from the overall experience, especially for guests looking forward to a refreshing swim. On a brighter note, the rooms themselves are satisfactory. The air conditioning works efficiently, which is a relief in the tropical climate of Manado. It's a basic comfort, but in this case, it's done right. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, which initially seems promising. However, the taste of the dishes fails to live up to their visual appeal. Most of the items lack distinct flavors, leaving a rather bland experience on the palate. A significant issue we encountered was with the hotel's taxi service. Upon requesting a Kijang taxi to Gorontalo, we were taken aback by the pricing. The hotel charged us an additional 50% commission on the taxi fare, which felt exorbitant and left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, while Aryaduta Manado has the framework to be a top-tier hotel, it falls short in several areas. The lack of cleanliness in communal areas, underwhelming food, and overpriced services are aspects that urgently need attention. For now, it stands as a reminder of faded glory, needing a rejuvenation to return to its former prestige.

The food in this hotel are great ! Start from the room we got room facing totl the sea, so we can enjoy the sunset 🥰, than for the food are great aswell, lot of choice with local food and bread , fruit. And for The staff so friendly aswell.

I chose this place temporarily by accident. After I took a taxi to the hotel, I really didn't want to get off the bus, because in a small fishing village, the hotel does not have a gate~haha~a fence gate, just a turn at the entrance of an alley. . but! ! but! ! but! ! Stayed for a week and overall it was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the cleaning guys helped us tidy it up every day. Even though my things were all scattered, they were very patient and arranged them neatly. The air conditioner was also new and made no noise. It was cool enough. The front desk service was responsive and timely, and they were very enthusiastic and responsive to us. Anyone who needed help was always there. There was a guy at the door every day who would help open the door and welcome you. The hot water was not enough for me and it got cold after two or three minutes. But I found that in Southeast Asian countries There is no hot water, which is very distressing. Also, although it is very close to a big shopping mall, taxis are a bit difficult to hail and have to wait for a long time. I forgot to improve.

I think this hotel is the best hotel in Manado. But the food(bolonaise spaghetti) was too salty. I couldn't eat it. But the hotel is connected with big shopping mall, it's convenient.
