We stayed at the Swiss Belhotel in Manado a few years ago and it was so good we decided to stay there again in May / June 2023. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are very clean and there’s a nice pool area which is usually very quiet. The breakfast has a good choice and the room service is really good. The thing that makes it special here are the staff they are really attentive and happy to help. We needed to renew our Visas at Immigration and it’s not the easiest process but the reception manager Yonathan and Marvin drove us to the office and literally did everything for us from providing the sponsorship letter and downloading the forms and help us complete the process. Can’t thank Swiss Belhotel in Manado enough for a lovely stay and for all your help your staff are amazing. Thank you Fiona & Darren

I can’t deal with these foreigners. Looking at the photos, I always thought it was a homestay, but I didn’t expect it to be a high-end hotel, and it is a relatively new four-star hotel in the local area. Manado stayed in the most satisfied one of the three hotels, which is much better than the Sheraton.
Facilities: The hotel is very new, and the facilities are also very new. There is a usb port at the head of the bed, the socket does not need an adapter, and a hair dryer is missing.
Environment: The hotel is surrounded by the old city. Take a taxi to the beach for two or three kilometers, and the hotel can also see the sea.
Service: The service is very good, because I had an early flight the next day, I told the front desk in advance to bring bread.

Receptionist team helpful and fast handling. Bed need to changed and bed sheet not being replaced and smell bad. Toilet is leaking somehow and water makes floor wet.
Also noise from outside makes my sleep less enjoyable.

This hotel is located in a prime location in manado where you can easily find many restaurants and shopping centers. the room is not sound proof. I stayed in the upper floor but yet I still can hear traffic sound and music from the surrounding bars. Room is clean and the service is good. I’ve to mention they serve the same breakfast every day and it was so crowded during the eid holiday. One minus point for breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel in manado.

Stayed for a week and overall it was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the cleaning guys helped us tidy it up every day. Even though my things were all scattered, they were very patient and arranged them neatly. The air conditioner was also new and made no noise. It was cool enough. The front desk service was responsive and timely, and they were very enthusiastic and responsive to us. Anyone who needed help was always there. There was a guy at the door every day who would help open the door and welcome you. The hot water was not enough for me and it got cold after two or three minutes. But I found that in Southeast Asian countries There is no hot water, which is very distressing. Also, although it is very close to a big shopping mall, taxis are a bit difficult to hail and have to wait for a long time. I forgot to improve.

Because the spa is cheap and comfortable! ! Snorkeling here is only $10! ! Unlike a boatman, this is a private small group of the hotel. Generally two or three people are absolutely relaxed! The location of snorkeling is different every day. The little black coach is very cute and also helps you take pictures. It’s a pity to miss 100 dollars. Unfortunately, it’s too short! Sitting in the travel agency charter flight, if you can fly for three more days, it will be perfect! Booking the hotel's pick-up and drop-off, the airport is a little far away from the hotel for about an hour and a fifteen-minute boat. There are more than a thousand RMB. Some are very expensive, others are great, the waiters are very warm and friendly, and the hotel is very few. The whole beach is yours! YYINGI chose this place temporarily by accident. After I took a taxi to the hotel, I really didn't want to get off the bus, because in a small fishing village, the hotel does not have a gate~haha~a fence gate, just a turn at the entrance of an alley. . but! ! but! ! but! ! Do not regret coming! ! After coming in, it seems like a paradise~ Comfortable! quiet! Exclusive! This is the biggest feeling! Everyone in the hotel is top-notch! On the day we checked in, there were only four of us, but even if there were only four of us and two rooms, the hotel did not neglect in the slightest~ All equipment and facilities were open, and afternoon tea was prepared for the four of us, as if it was exclusive to the four of us. GGuest UserI stay in this hotel for a week, I absolutely amaze with the services they provide to me from the security that help us with our luggage’s, front desk who help us checking in, Rio who show us our room and all the staff who help us on our stay. On our second day of our stay in the hotel my sister lost her car key, she throw the keys together with the rubbish from the car in front of the hotel the night before and just remembered about it the next morning. So many staff help us looking after the key even it’s not their fault. Thanks to Eddy from housekeeping, Rio from front desk who keeps looking for the key. The food is very nice, the “pisang goroho and rica roa” is must do order, I also like one of their mocktail with lychee. They have so many choices for breakfast as well, I always looking forward to have my breakfast in the mornings. The room is also spacious plus they have balcony. Their cleaning service also amazing, staff who clean my room also doing a good job. The waitress from the restaurant also really helpful and really humble, staff name “chika, fero” who always smile and helpful. Ido who is also very helpful. Thank you all for your help and services, I will definitely coming back.
