We met coach and his son pretty Mike! The absolute NICEST PEOPLE and even better when you find out they are from close to our home. Avista is blessed to have them on board 🫶🏼 We stay here several times a year and it’s our favorite place! See yall in a few weeks ❣️

Beds are so comfortable and the views are amazing. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant on site and great pools. Short walk to the beach. Poolside drinks, snacks and music. Plenty of parking. Short walk to Main Street where there are restaurants, shops and music. Always stay at the Avista. Beautiful and safe. Highly recommend. We had a great time. This trip was in memory of my sister who recently passed away. We always came together in May

We enjoyed our stay with Avista resort! We will most definitely be back! Staff where so friendly and helpful! Cornelius gave us a ride to our car almost every morning we were there! So friendly and polite! He was waiting there with a big smile on his face every time we seen him!

We just stayed a week at Avista and it was great ! Our room was very nice & clean & beautiful view ! I love that they have the kids activities back also ! Brian was a awesome poolside bartender & Vanessa treated my princess like a princess Coach & Cornelius was great with getting us to cars and helping us with our luggage. We will definitely be back !

Ms Lee, Amy and Ms Tee are the bestest. I was dying for an iced coffee which they don’t make but after some discussion on how to make one, they set off to the kitchen and made one helluva delicious iced coffee, thanks so much ladies, you are the best… Bob Haithcock

I stay here multiple times a year . It’s like a home away from home. My mother and I travel together. This last time she arrived there a couple days before me. She was greeted by Bryan Thomas . He said anything she needed , she could have him paged. Upon my arrival I also saw Bryan. He is very friendly, helpful, & professional. At the end of our stay we were helped with our luggage by Bryan & Coach. This was my 1st time meeting Coach. He also is very helpful. Everyone we encountered was nice . We always enjoy our stay. Very comfortable there . Already planning our next visit .

We stayed at Avista at North Myrtle Beach, SC. Nice building and staff are friendly welcoming and polite. There is no onsite parking, but Coach Caswell went above and beyond and took care of us well. He’s a such a sweetheart 😊 Definitely coming back!

We wanted ocen view but it was more side view. The staff was simply handsdown the most professional. Everyone was so friendly. For ths price we still had to pay for our breakfast. The jets in our tub stopped working in the middle of want I was hoping to be a relaxing bath. But, not before they spit out dirt into my bath water. I was disappointed and disgusted. The beds were too hard forvour liking. We woke up everyday feeling tired and sore.. Overall it was good. Room was really clean. Staff was great.
