Arrived to enjoy a brief getaway with my wife and 2 sisters. they love to bargain hunt shopping the thrift/consignment stores in the area. Brittany at the front desk was so very helpful at check in. We prefer to be in a higher room away from the pool noise, and she quickly offerred to change us from t he 5th to the 12th floor. This is my favorite Beach vacation spot in the Spring, early Fall, and for a family Christmas get-together the week after Christmas for the last dozen years!! Making family memories!! Dinos, Hoskins, McAllisters, BBQ house/Mission BBQ, and Ledos are our go to eating places, but most enjoy our return to North beach Plantation towers. We'll return again in the Fall--as always !

Very nice property we stay here often we initially booked a one bedroom oceanfront unit when we arrived and checked in we wasn’t please at all with the room which was 1111 the sofa was dirty the kitchen chairs was dirty we called front desk and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect thanks for taking care of the situation great customer service

DISCRIMINATION: After spending 2 hours on-line, making 3 phone calls to the reservations line, running my credit to pay with Affirm, and hitting submit, I received a message stating anyone in Horry County must call the hotel to book. When I called I spoke to EMMA at the front desk. She informed me that locals had to give 48 hours advanced notice to book. Please note: the ONLY place that even shows that locals have to call is in the terms & conditions that you can only access AFTER you attempt to confirm your reservation. It does NOT say anything about 48 hours advanced notice there either. BIG thank you to North Beach for ruining my Birthday, NOT supporting the business from locals and for discriminating against locals because, (per Emma) they’ve “had problems with locals in the past”.

Pleasantly surprised. This is a top-notch resort with every amenity you can imagine. We stayed in a very spacious oceanfront 1-bedroom condo unit in the Jasmine Tower and it was fabulous. It was well-appointed and the view was incredible. Will definitely return again. Highly recommended!
