We enjoyed the Castle, and the Bistro attached. I was mistaken thinking we were getting a lake view, so if you want that make sure to request. Good quiet spot otherwise.

I went to Silver Star Mountain for two days of skiing and chose to stay at this hotel. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from the hotel to the ski resort. The hotel is located on the main road, and it is convenient to get in and out, but it is a bit far from the "center". The room is large and the tableware can be self-service. The room has a balcony facing Swan Lake, and it is nice to get some fresh air early in the morning~

Hotel was easy to get to and offered lots of parking. The area was quiet except for the traffic from the highway. However that seemed to quiet right down at night. The kitchenette was well stocked and very convenient. The soaker tubs were nice and the facility was overall very clean. Would certainly stay again.

Front staff were amazing, friendly and informative. The room was very clean, had everything for us. We did have a small temper-tantrum do to the hot tub not being fully fuctional while we were on a multi day ski trip. We feel management should be always on top of that when it is a critical filter for us when we choose our booking. The restaurant on site is absolutely perfect, ambiance, food, and service was was the highlight to a wonderful stay.

A beautiful location with very nice and comfortable rooms. Our only complaint was that the hot tub jets were not working and the restaurant was closed. Overall, terrific stay!
