Nice clean hotel next to the major highways and malls. Good price!

Wow, where to begin. First of all the reception at the front desk. A young gal shows up in jeans and a shirt, not very presentable. Then she gives me my room key, tells me what floor and what room with two men standing right behind me. What happened to not sharing that information out loud for security and safety reasons? The bath tub was deplorable with cracks along the entire bathtub. The room itself was clean but the bathtub was a so bad so I asked for another room. Got another room and the bathtub was not much better. The drain area was so worn out, the handle was lose and again complete cracking around the tub. If I was at a hotel where I was being charged $70 a night, I could understand, but this is under the branding of a Wyndham! (Wyndham, are you listening!!) Someone needs to come in and at least calk so it looks more presentable. Next, no hot water. They did get it "fixed" but the water was more like warm. The drain in the bathroom sink was a slow drain. There was no soap at the sink. After my first night, I left for the day to come back to see that there had been no housekeeping or fresh towels. I didn't need sheets changed and I want to be a good patron of my environmental footprint; however, when I called to find out about housekeeping I was told they only do it on WEDNESDAYS! Again, this is a Wyndham brand hotel. But, in the bathroom there is a sign (which I do have pics) that says every three days housekeeping comes in. So which is it? From my experience, I put my money on Wednesdays. This was not a $125/night hotel - not even close. Stay away! And if you are the management reading this or a Wyndham representative, remember that these reviews are TEACHING you about your service and products and not doing something about it is a huge mistake!

Terrible. The woman at the counter was rude. The room was filthy and smelled like smoke. The bathroom was full of black mold and the vents clogged with dust. If you’re on the fence between staying here and sleeping under an overpass, just save your money and take the overpass.

Room was nice. Gentleman at the desk very accommodating since I wanted to watch the sunset. Needed to figure out which side of the building the sunsets on so he could give us a room on that side. Got a suite. Everything very clean and tidy. Door is a little thin, so you hear all activity in the hallway but other than that everything went very well. There is a large mall across the street and lots of places to eat in the area. The surrounding area is very clean and safe. Did not take time in the pool and was a little disappointed that the Jacuzzi/whirlpool was out of service at the time. Elevator tends to bounce when going up, but is smooth going down.

Terrible hotel. Location is not good and front desk will hit you with a U$500 fee saying you smoked even if you did not. Manager will not pick up the phone to talk about it too. Don’t trust this hotel.

The toilet was dirty upon arrival. the bathroom had repair worked on which looked like the landlord special. Everything was just white painted over the TV remote did not work with the TV and with tape together with electrical tape
