Upon walking into the room there was a strong odor that was so pungent that over my 3 night stay the smell never went away. We tried opening the windows, spraying air freshener, and turning the AC on, nothing worked to remove the smell. Though the brunette lady at the front desk was very nice someone gave us a room and room key that when we tried opening the door to said room, there was still a guest inside the room staying there. The bathroom sinks had weird red and black stains covering them. The pullout couch had a blood stain in our second room. Also our second room smelt like cigarette smoke (which I would’ve preferred over the other room). The room was so bad, my family and I did our absolute best to spend the absolute least time in there. Pillows also ******, very thin and were not comfortable. I’ve stayed at the surrounding hotels and they’re so much nicer and cleaner.

At first we were given a room that was already occupied. Then when we were given a new room, as soon as we opened the door a horrendous smell took over our room for then entire time we stayed there. Even when we left the windows open and AC on, the smell wouldn’t leave. There was also stains on the bathroom sink.

Did not know silverware was going to cost extra to have in the room. I went to make my food and could not eat it. I had to leave property to get a meal late at night because front desk did not have anything. Also wish there was a safe in the room as I travel for work.

Chromecast made me feel very uncomfortable he made me feel like he did that want to help me and that I was bothering him because he was tired the phones did not work and there was a point where a phone call needed to be addressed coming in I couldn't even call out my daughter is pregnant and needed to go to the hospital she couldn't even dial 911 Windows didn't work bedroom are very uncomfortable and springs were just sticking out no blankets no pillows old food I need bed and so forth girls are very good the cleaning staff was very nice although I vacuumed and cleaned up and I had to ask for Charles several times cuz there was hair on the house every one of them including the one that you put down to come out of the bathtub water didn't want to stay in the tub I had to scramble to talk keys did not work the door as well there was no utensils or dishes like they said they would have so popular pain none of that and there was no breakfast just to my fitness

My check in was great. Room fantastic. Breakfast was pretty bad. Coffe and muffin in a plastic bag. But still good value for money for a large clean room.

General Manager Steve and staffer Deanna (sp?) were the best. I booked a room for eclipse weekend in 2023, but ******* oversold the rooms and my room was not available. The two of them got us a room and made sure we could keep it the entire stay. Massive kudos.

The employee who checked me in was the absolute worst. From the beginning when I arrived at 3am due to my flight being delayed she was rude. I explained to her this and was still willing to pay the $100 charge necessary to check in because I was so tired. She had a nasty attitude not with me but all customers of color. The next day when I was entering the hotel a man was asking my friend a question and she left behind her desk to rush and tell them they are not allowed to talk or park near the door. She also made it her issue to tell me I cannot have alcohol in the lobby, because I was walking in with an open drink although it was apparent I was going straight to my room I was just waiting on my friend before getting on the elevator. She showed no form of customer service, no communication skills and I would recommend the manager IMMEDIATELY remove her because she will continue to build a nasty report for customers like myself going forward.
