the room was clean enough but there was bugs and my 2 hands, head, even ear is itching for the next couple days which is very anoying.
The breakfest was a bag of biscuit and some other snacks not real food. But free Coffee.

Great hotel. We were with our son's wrestling team and all stayed there for a 2 day tournament at Suncoast High School. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The boys enjoyed swimming in the pool. Room was clean, spacious and comfotable. Would definitely stay there again.

The room had bed bugs and cockroaches. When I complained no one was at the front desk that evening or the next morning. Further, I attempted to call the front desk several times and no one picked up. I requested a refund for both nights and am waiting. I was told I would have to wait 72 hours. TERRIBLE experience all the way around.

The initial room they gave us had a very strong and noxious odor -- I would guess a heavy dose of bug or rodent treatment. The replacement room had a minor, tolerable, odor. We certainly didn't have any bugs or rodents, though!
