The room took about one hour to warm up after setting the thermostat. Breakfast was limited with no eggs or meats. The low price for this hotel is the reason I booked so 8/10.

We stayed here for one night. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was quite out dated but functional. Beds were comfortable. Snacks in room was an added bonus. Man at the front desk was not the friendliest. Great value for the money.

This place was great. The price was right and the rooms were wonderful. We arrived during the midst of a record breaking snow storm. Our car even got stuck in the parking lot. Not only did the staff make sure that we got out and into our room, I was able to borrow a shovel in the morning to get the massive amount of snow out from around our car. I80 was closed for a long while and the General Manager personally talked to each of us and made sure we knew right when the highway was back open. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even stayed a second night on the way back home because they were so awesome. The advertising isn't flashy, but it's worth the stay.

The owner was creepy to say the least. first, he lied to me when I asked him if he was the owner, later that day, several of his employees confirmed to me that he was in fact, the owner. He patrolled the free daily breakfast area like a prison guard, and made snide rude comments to the diners constantly staring at all of us as he stood by the breakfast line with his arms folded across his chest! Specifically to me he observed that I took an extra empty plate that I had used for a cover and he actually tried to take it from me. He was rude and unprofessional. he also told me while I was having breakfast that he had been watching me from the office on the hidden cameras in the dining area. I was going to take my food back and eat in my room and he said that was not allowed! A very very rude man, and definitely in the wrong business. I received POOR hospitality at the “hospitality inn” at the hands of this man who harasses people when they eat their breakfast.
