Motel 6 North Platte

I am very skeptical of Motel 6's however this one is brand new, very clean and great! I will stay here again if given the chance. Hope this place stays as nice as when my friend and I stayed her. So many are run down. I will be back!

The reservationist was so pleasant. Called to check on pet fee since was burned at a different hotel in Iowa (website listed a lower fee than what was charged in person) No extra cost. Customer service is not dead

Tv is mounted on the wall with no swivel, its almost in direct line of the bathroom wall, and you cannot swivel it. If your laying on far side of bed you have to look way right to see it. This is the poorest architecture design I have ever seen. Rooms advertise a microwave which they dont have, they also have no refrig. Rooms are clean, and have good wifi.

Wow. Just wow. Pulling into the parking lot I had no idea how this place would do on my scale, especially with the mixed reviews. But it was amazing. The front desk employees were on it and accommodated all of our requests. We stayed on the third floor. Although the room was rather cramped and had no amenities, it is to be expected for a budget hotel. I was shocked by the cleanliness of the room. The hardwood floor was a positive since they are typically cleaner than carpet. I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through North Platte. Just expect less amenities than your typical hotel. I will definitely be back if I ever pass through here again.

Front desk was very friendly. WiFi is a weak hotspot that goes on & off, on & off. It equates to not having internet. Room 104: Bed is extremely hard & a bit lumpy. Over all just not a great overnight. Maybe some of the bigger rooms are more comfortable. We just did not need two beds. But, one side of the bed is shoved up against the wall. So if both people need to get up in the night the one on the inside has to scoot down to the bottom to get out of bed. No shelves or beside table on wall-side for glasses or a drink. Key card worked intermittently. Just over-all not very comfortable stay.

My wife and I with our two dogs were traveling through Ne. We have stayed in North Platte several times. When we arrived , it appeared that a lot of the motels were full.. I stopped at the Comfort Inn and when I discovered their high pet fee, I left. I noticed a new three story motel next door and discovered at was a Motel 6. I had not stayed at a Motel 6 in years because of a bad experience. I went in the Motel 6 and was surprised how clean the lobby was. The young lady at the desk, Ravan was very friendly and went out of her way to help us .The room rate was very reasonable and no pet fee. The room was a basic room and small. However, the decor was nice and the room was clean. Very quiet room. At the present time is a nice place to stay over night.
