Clean, large, comfortable room. The staff is super friendly! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent, the cocktails were very good!!! Varied breakfast.

Stayed here for three consecutive nights and they do not have housekeeping service. If you need to change towels, you need to leave the old towels at the door and then pick them up at the front desk.

The breakfast is rich and delicious. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The surrounding environment is very good. I wanted to stay one more night, but it was full the next day.

The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, The food in the restaurant is excellent, We had an unfortunate experience with the suite we booked but it was resolved by Wilburt and the extremely helpful reservation staff, Housekeeping in the hotel in the suite unfortunately had been skipped over which was such a shame however was resolved quickly. Views of the bridges is amazing and general areas of the Hotel is immaculate, We have stayed in the King Rooms before which were also immaculate.

Fantastic service from Kaci, Michael and the team, very kind and knowledgeable of the menu and great cocktail recommendations! One of my fav places to eat in queensferry. Really enjoyed the new menu since my last visit, plenty of choice for anyone! Look forward to returning 😀😀

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everything about it was superb I was amazed by the cleanliness and attention detail for such a big chain. The staff were excellent in the food was beautiful which is made even more special by that absolutely wonderful view of the three bridges from the restaurant. The room is also super modern and trendy. Can’t wait to return!

Lovely stay and in a nice quiet location. Good location to be close enough to Edinburgh to go do stuff but far enough to be out the hustle and bustle. Rooms are nice and spacious and comfy bed. Staff are helpful and always nice. Would highly recommend
