We booked 2 rooms, 1 for us and 1 for daughter and son in law. Kennedy checked us in and she was excellent. We loved the rooms, the restaurant and the beach. We will be back.

This hotel is wonderful! I had a balcony with a gulf view and you are right on the water. The walk from my room to the beach was an elevator ride and a few steps through the sand. The room was very clean and the staff was awesome! Very friendly with service 24 hours per day for what ever you need. It is a smoke free hotel which I love and never once did I hear kids running and screaming up and down the halls at all hours like at other nearby hotels. Maybe it was because we were so close to the water and the waves were loud and that is all I could hear when I opened my patio door. Such a relaxing vacation! We had a lovely time. The staff was so friendly, the hotel is very nice, very clean. The beach, Tiki bar, and cabanas are great! We had breakfast outside each morning overlooking the beach. It was so relaxing. The immediate access to the beach and water are wonderful. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff was in every area.

The staff, especially the gentleman that charged my phone. Thank you so much. Everyone was so helpful the view breathtaking clean, very clean. Everyone was so helpful. The cookies were good to.
The only thing was only one elevator was working, but I’m sure they’re going to fix that. The bed was absolutely comfortable. I slept like a baby on the way already. Everything was like brand new. Yes I will be back.

We ate supper on the deck next to the bar to watch the sunset. Well it was sadly interrupted when an umbrella came unattached and nearly knocked me out. The staff was so slow to respond, that I barely got a bag of ice to put on my head. Poor, poor staff response and they didn't even apologize. Ruined the evening.
