The hotel has a good environment and a superior location. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. The breakfast category is limited. It is recommended to eat out.

It's clean, easy to use public transportation, and best of all, it's close to Macquarie Center! It's nice that there is no deposit, and laundry is also available! It takes about 40 minutes to get to the city.

The room is quite big and the environment is pretty good. The South Asian guy who cleaned the room was not very serious. After cleaning, he even forgot to take away the used towels. He also cleaned casually without wiping it carefully.

Convenient location, close to shopping center and university.

This hotel should have been a conference or staff accommodation location of Macquarie University, so all facilities are relatively simple and backward. I stayed there for seven nights. One night at 30:00 in the morning, the fire alarm bell blared and the firetruck came. The firefighters worked for 30 minutes but could not find the reason and sent the team back. However, at about 8:00 in the morning, there was another Wow, so I had to go to the fire alarm again without waking up, but I came back with nothing going on. But the management did not apologize and explain the reasons afterwards. Another ridiculous thing was that they didn't replenish the tea bags for me when the room was cleaned every day. I wrote a note because I like to drink strong tea, but there was no response for two days in a row, so I had to go to the supermarket to buy it myself. The room cleaning standards here are inconsistent and the management is really problematic. The advantage of this hotel is that it is relatively close to the subway station and there is a large shopping mall within a ten-minute walk. There is also a relatively fine restaurant attached to the university accommodation hotel. However, because this hotel is on the university campus, there is no way to get in and out of the subway. It's in a park, so it's very quiet at night and on weekends. I don't know how the security is there, so I don't dare to go out or come back at night unless I have a friend driving me there. This hotel is pretty neat, but don't let its name fool you, it's nowhere near the level of the Corrie brand.
