Beautiful place loved it very clean loved the pool and bed was nice and comfortable b room was clean. And loved the sliding bathroom door and walk-in shower. Nice restaurant an very friendly staff and housekeeper

Found this gem on our way to Michigan. Lovely area with plenty of micro-breweries to explore and a cool restaurant next door. The folks that work there are extremely friendly and welcomed us back when we made our way home a few days later. We made full use of the fitness center and would have enjoyed the pool if we had remembered our suits (next time!). We saw many staff members working to keep everything in nice condition. We’ll be back!

I was here for 3 months for work. My room was clean and the staff was always friendly (especially May and Ryan). It has a larger laundry than most and a workout room. It's in a convenient location and safe. The reason for 3 stars....the manager. I asked to have a light in the bathroom changed (not regular bulbs). I told her I worked night, so please don't have anyone come in the morning. I got a call at 10a (didn't answer) then she sent someone up. He apologized because he knew I would be sleeping. After being there almost 3 months the manager confronted me (In front of people) by the elevator and told me I ruined their sheets and towels with my red hair color. If I was going to do that to ask for old ones. For one my hair was purple and not red (blue before). I told her I used my own towels and pillow case for that reason. She said I was the only one coloring my hair, so it had to be me. Really? Because she must be there 24/7 and see everyone. I invited her up to look at my dirty towels and bed that wasn't stained, but she refused. I told her it was just shampoo and it washed out anyway. It was also never red. I guess no one else could've spilled a drink and used towels to clean it? I told her I didn't appreciate her coming at me like that and in front of staff and guests. She got an attitude and told me no one was around and not to go there. I use my shampoo every couple of days for 3 months and saw her multiple times. If there was a problem why did I never hear about it? Because it wasn't me. I enjoyed my stay up till then but because of her, I will never stay there again. A couple of my guys also left early because of her. That's a couple of months of income lost because of her attitude. I hope that no one else has a need for anything that irritates her and makes her act like that.

Me and my daughter came to just get away a couple of days for some leisure time together and being is that I have not been to the Holiday Inn Express in years, the incidental fee used to be 50.00. Due to covid, it os now 150 dollars and I did not have the amount on my card. The manager then took it down to 75.00 but I did not have that in this particular account so she waived the whole fee and it was greatly appreciated! I also appreciated how clean the room was and that despite of covid they still provide some type of breakfast (jimmy dean sandwiches, fruit cup, coffee and juice) which many hotels do not at all. So I give this place 4 stars because of the service but the incidental fee is a little too much!

We had a king suite with full kitchen. Great space in living area. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was great. Definitely a great place to stay with a family. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Right next door to a Starbucks and Rita’s.
