We visited Lachen with our family and due to the traveller reviews opted to stay here. The rooms were stinky and were not insulated at all. The room service is snail paced. Electric kettle is banned at Lachen and this hotel has no lift. There was water seepage from the wooden floors. One of our worst hotel experiences.

Stay one night. Excellent hotel. location, services. And food also amazing everything is well mention. Due to season price is high. The room was also very spacious. Overall, it was an amazing and joyful experience.

I stayed at this property for a night as a stop for my travel to gurudongmal lake. This is a very neat and tidy property. I usually have issues with the bedding and cleanliness but it was all upto the mark. The staff was very helpful and humble. They did everything in their capacity to make our stay comfortable. The food was also very good. Location of the hotel is also very good. Morning views were amazing. All in all I had an amazing experience. Thank you the grand!

This is a lodge and not a hotel. We expected a decent hotel but very disappointed when we saw the hotel. If you are on the upper floors there is no elevator. The rooms are average and food is pathetic. In winters be careful as room heaters are banned in Sikkim.

Had a wonderful time and food was yummy at affordable price, good place at lachen, compare to other hotel at lachen this one was the best, highly recommend, Enjoyed our time here, whoever is gonna go to lachen go for it
