It just baffles me that a company can actually be so unprofessional. After finding bugs and issues with their room. My in-laws were told to pack their things and leave. The issue was resolved, and we were able to stay only because they could not leave me at the hotel alone, because I was with them, and they refused to give me a refund for the night if I would have to leave as well. Just out the extra money for Comfort Inn it’s 100% worth it!!

only complaint is I asked for a call at 5am, did not happen. Did not need it as I woke at 4:30 but still what IF? Easy access to motel and room, clean, great staff .
