Smelly and dirty room, bathroom hasnt been washed at least since previous stay, and couch is stuff of nightmares

Room was acceptable for a 3 star hotel in Siantar. There is a swimming pool and a cafe. Room was spacious . Soap bar was provided instead of shower gel. Service was okay as well

I ordered double bad...they gave me single and they said...no collaboration with trip.com...so they don't take responsibility.
