Booked a standard room. Didn’t know it was in the ground level. Felt like a basement room. carpet was wet here and there and wasn’t cleaned properly. Not worth for the money you paid.

Great service, perfect for a short stay close to everything in north Sydney. Room 27 could do with PowerPoint near desk to be able use laptop.

Great big room. Very nice staff, helped us good with everything! We asiel to bring some of their towels to the Beach; we got Some extra! Beds were very nice and soft. Very near to the busstops, grocery stores andere nice breakfast restaurants. Very good hotel for a Very good price.

The manager and his wife made us feel welcomed but unfortunately the room had a horrible smell. Thinking it may have been old wet mould in kitchen cupboards and bathroom ceiling. Even after opening windows and the room being cleaned, the smell was always there. I smelt it as soon as we walked in and for the whole stay, we should have mentioned it to management straight away but pretty sure they would already now. We only had to deal with it for two nights as we were out in day.

A good location, near to everything. Big park across the road. A great small boutique hotel, clean and thoughtfully organised. The room was compact but the bed was comfortable. I would suggest lockable wheels on the bed so that it doesn't roll away from the wall at whim, but that is a small criticism. Beautiful gardens.
