The best and most beautiful Harbour Bridge view. Very close to Luna Park. Service is great. The breakfast buffet is good.. Just the curtains and toilets are not clean enough for hotel.

The location's great. We had a harbour view room with nice view of the harbour bridge. We were also happy with the service at the check-in and check-out.
Unfortunately we were disappointed with how clean the room was. The cleaner obviously forgot to clean the toilet. It had stains on the toilet seat and in the toilet bowl. We also found an empty Mt. Franklins water bottle lying under the desk.
We have stayed at the hotel a few times before. This is the first time that we were disappointed with the cleanness of the room.

We stayed in a Harbor Bridge view room and the view was spectacular, especially the night view, which was very charming. The attitude of the waiters is very good, the room facilities are complete, the breakfast is delicious, the coffee is also good, and the scenery in the restaurant is beautiful. I have breakfast while watching the scenery in the morning, and I feel great! We also thoughtfully gave you snacks when you checked in! Except for the snacks and drinks in the refrigerator and minibar, which are charged, everything else is provided free of charge. The check-out speed was also very fast. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay in Sydney this time and will consider staying here next time.

Although the service was good, the door to the room was broken when I went there. It took me a long time to communicate with the front desk and find a waiter to fix it before I could get in. And the location is right next to North Sydney Station, so traveling is convenient.
