Booked here get cheaper price. Nice hotel, good vibes, clean & good services. Grand deluxe room was spacious & comfort. It's need little more air circulation to keep fresh in side non AC room. Overall, recomended & great rating hotel.

We (I, my wife, and my two kids) went to Puncak last weekend because my wife had to organize a birthday party at a nearby villa, and we had to stay overnight. Actually, we stayed at another hotel on the night of the event, and it was billed to the event organizer's account. Reluctant to return to the city on Sunday as usually the road will be jam-packed with traveller's cars wrapping up their weekend getaway, we decided to spend another night at the area. As we have to pay from our own pocket this time, I was looking for a more affordable alternative and found this place. Through Tripadvisor, I got the lowest rate for this property. And with that rate, for me, this hotel is the most bang-for-the-buck. Why? Let me tell you so. Ariandri hotel is located in Tugu area (upper Cisarua), so the temperature is cooler than other hotels in lower altitude area. The super-deluxe type of room that we stayed in, is completed with a fridge, tea/coffee maker, large bed, hot shower, and air conditioner. An extra bed is really affordable, and a range of room service is available at a low price. The view is overlooking the same scenery as that of the other expensive 4-star rated hotel nearby. However, don't expect too much from hotels in the Puncak area. Wifi is almost non-existent. TV reception is poor. The swimming pool is small. The restaurant is under renovation at the time of our visit, so better service and better building are supposedly on their way. The phone line was troubled, but they were busy fixing it. To request for any service, guests are given a cell number for messaging through Whatsapp. Breakfasts were served ala carte and delivered to the room, and choices of fried rice or fried mee hoon are on offer. It comes with slices of fruit, hot tea, and a glass of fresh juice. All staffs are helpful and performed very well. For the price I paid, I don't think I can complain, and I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The room is clean and large, Just the view feels like in the city. For all the services are pretty good, breakfast ya many kinds of food And enough. For the pool, children like to swim because the water is hanged And kl can base And the pool wall is not dark.. Because when I went to the pool, it felt dark and comfortable. Hope soon there is another facility for 2 children. The restaurant is super recommended because everything is delicious and affordable.

The housekeeping didn’t change the floor matt towel, the toilet smells from day 1 , I think the smell comes from the pipe pr something.. on the last day at the breakfast restaurant I fell down because the floor was slippery …Overall I did not enjoy my stay in Grand Aston hotel Puncak… Dissapointed

nature hotel near by puncak. i was stay here last year and very happy! the staff name Alva help me a lot to stay here even im booked sudden but he give me room with pool view, and the hotel have facilities like a zoo (ada kandang ayam&burung) very amazing service! make us not bored during stay here. will come back soon!

Went here at Palace Hotel Cipanas with my husband & 2 children for our short escape on the weekend. We choose the TownHouse type of room to accomodate 4 of us which has 2 bed room & 2 bathroom. It was located quite a distance from the lobby so they offered us a free buggy service everytime we want to go to-from the town house. We love the location because it was secluded. But there are several things that need to be improve. 1.As reviewed by other traveller, that there are no towel provided in the room. It was the first I noticed, so before the bellboy gone I asked him to bring the towel for us. They took a long time just to bring 4 towel (for me it took more than 40min) 2.The Cleanliness, the table in the dining room looked dirty just like someone just used it so I cleaned it with tissue wipes. And the toaster was so gross (rusty & full of dirt, i even didnt want to open it) 3. We had problem with the housekeeping because someone came by in the morning & told that they would clean the room at 12. We said OK. But until 2pm no one came to clean up and we called many times until 3.10pm the housekeeping finally came. Despite all of it, the hotel has a good wifi, the fridge, hot water, air con were working properly.
