Recently travelled for work. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean, would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Townsville for work or pleasure!

Worst customer service I have received in years of business travelling. Hotel and rooms did not look like on the picture. Location is not as described. Do not recommend! I was in contact with K. H. She is the Property Manager and never even tried to solve my problems. I felt not taken seriously.

Was provided a disability room which was inconvenient when you don’t have a wheelchair or disability so can’t really review the room properly as I understand normal rooms are different

Location was great, close to shops, food and pubs. Carpark is also great, guaranteed a carpark and it is locked and secure. Room was below average. We had a pee stain in the centre of the carpark that you couldn't miss, it smelt and the overall cleanliness was poor. Personally wouldn't pay that amount of money to stay here again.

A great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in is easy. Rooms are clean with up to date bathrooms. The online booking system is a bit hidden. But otherwise a good place to stay.

had a basic 3 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor above pool area. There were security guards who worked the Pink Concerts staying there who partied all night in the pool area and they had no concern how noisy they were. I hardly slept either night due to the noise. The hotel itself needs a refurbishment and was very daggy and outdated. The bed hard and very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again
