I loved my stay 😊 it was so pretty and clean. The lady at the front was really polite and help full. Great place to stay every things so close and a beautiful view.

The location is right on the strand of the beach. The sunset is very beautiful at dusk. It is also very convenient to go to the coffee shop to the supermarket and walk for 10 minutes. Buy all the daily necessities and sit on the terrace to watch the sunset until dusk, which is pleasing to the eyes.
As for the service, there is basically nothing except Check In. It's not like living in a hotel in the Asia-Pacific region, with five-star service

Hotel is in a great location with restaurants in easy walking distance. On site parking was appreciated and after hours check in/out was straightforward. The building is old and tired and everything looks like it needs a good scrub. Room was a decent size but walls are very thin - we could audibly hear every word uttered in the room nextdoor. Ocean views are incredible but balcony is not usable due to being so narrow and mostly taken up by aircon unit. A solid 3 star hotel but definitely not the 4 stars advertised.

well what a lovely hotel to stay at when in Townsville. the beautiful strand shoreline was amazing and the pub next door was amazing plus all off the eateries within walking distance. the room was very comfortable and the site had everything that we needed

The absolute best location in Townsville! The hotel was easy to find, the apartment was very nice, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We absolutely loved this hotel!
