Checked in to this hotel with kids and family for 2 nights.Check in was slowest with not even a single guest at the counter then tooo... front office was rude to Night shift seems sleeping...No one is bothered,We were given 2 interconnected rooms.Rooms were spacious and good maintained though Have Old untrained staff,Checked into room Struggling for Tv, Maintenance said they will rectify tomorrow after 20mins of struggle for Tv rectification was waste,Half items from midnight night were denied from Rarely 4 combos on menu,Papad peanut was denied. Otherwise the location of the hotel is superb.
