The Crossways, was ideally located for the places we wanted to visit in the area. A bonus was the lovely view of the countryside and Glastonbury Tor.The room was very spacious and comfortable.What really made our stay perfect was the helpful and friendly staff. Everyone we met were brilliant with a special mention to Prashant the restaurant manager, Lilia and Hani. No hesitation in recommending this hotel and will return soon.

Loved staying at The Crossways. Beautiful room with a huge comfortable bed and the food was great. Emailed ahead to say it was a special occasion and received a complimentary upgrade. Really great visit, will definitely come back again if I’m in the area.

This stay was fabulous. The facility was clean and well kept. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The dining on sight was very good and always an option for a meal when we at the hotel. The best part of our stay was the staff, they were extremely polite and attentive to any issues that we may be having.

I just like that hotel it's very nice and affordable. Very smart I don't mind to refer my family and friends. The customer teem are respectfully and brilliant. Keep up the good standard work. Hopefully to call again soon. I really appreciate everything.

Awesome hotel - So accommodating From my initial booking where I booked online and forgot to add the discount code that was on offer, the changes were made on the booking without any issues - manager was really helpful to sort it quickly We chose Crossways Inn as our hotel after we got married at Wookey Hole with only my now wife, me, and our kids being there, so having a nice hotel was a priority for us The hotel allowed us early room access so my partner and daughter could get ready for the wedding and with the beautician to do their makeup We had two family rooms which were high standard with everything we could have wanted We then got married and returned to the hotel for our after wedding meal. The food was amazing. Huge tasty portions Rooms were really comfortable, and breakfast was great with the hotel catering for all of our kids requests Can’t recommend this hotel enough

A very pleasant place for family time and relaxation. place, food, service. I would especially like to emphasize that the Mr. Prashanr ,takes his work responsibly, he is a very pleasant and kind worker. I definitely recommend visiting this place

Stopped overnight with a friend for a shopping trip to Clarks Village. Beautiful location with amazing scenery. Everything was first class from the rooms to the staff, who were superb. Nothing was too much for them. Would recommend 110%. Definitely 5 star service.

It was the worst holiday i have experienced. First we were given 3 different types of rooms even though we paid for delux double, we were being given single rooms possibly and were told its double, the 3 rooms cost the same and yet were completely different sizes and type. The hotel could do nothing to make my stay comfortable, they were not accommodating at all. You can see in pictures, both these rooms are ‘delux doubles’ and cost a lot but the rooms are totally different, one is not delux at all. The hotel staff was extremely rude and not empathetic as we told them about any issues , the manager even made comments on our eating habits and how much we eat, leading to my partner feeling very ashamed and anxious, they did not serve our kid breakfast as they had ‘run out’ of what we asked, the staff was not remorseful about anything at all.
Dont waste your money on this hotel, the views arent great, the rooms are too small, its too far from the city center which makes it even mor worthless.
