Room wasn't that well equipped for the money--no comfortable chairs, not much place to put luggage, and the premium channels on the TV were out of order. But the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was good.

I especially loved the huge fireplace with cauldron in the eating area. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The products in the bathroom were top notch. I appreciate it.

For our one night stay, our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was adequate, with enough to get us started on our day. The street is interesting with many beautiful old homes. It was a nice area to walk around. A good option for an overnight in the Northampton area.

I let the property know in advance that I would be arriving late, around 10pm, and they gave me a code to a safe where my key would be. Upon arrival, I found the safe not to be working , and the after hours phone number went unanswered. No one returned my numerous calls. I had to find another room for the night at a higher price. I wish I hadn’t prepaid at the Ellery! Now I’ll need to get my money back somehow.

Good location. Close to the center of town. Quiet and clean hotel. Employees are extremely accommodating and friendly.
